Your privacy matters. This page explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Invoice Maker: Estimate & PDF keeps your documents on your device. There is no account, no server of ours, and no sync. We cannot see your invoices, your clients, or what you charge, because none of it is ever sent to us.
The one exception is advertising, which is served by Google AdMob and is described below.
Your business details and logo, your clients, your saved items and prices, every invoice, estimate and receipt you create, the payments you record against them, and every PDF the app writes. All of it is stored locally in the app's own storage.
PDFs you export are ordinary files. They remain on your device after you uninstall the app, and they open in any PDF reader.
The app does not process, hold, request or transfer money, and no payment provider is integrated. The "payment instructions" field prints whatever text you type onto your document, exactly as you wrote it. It is not transmitted anywhere and we never see it.
The app shows banner ads on its list screens and an occasional full-screen ad, served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad-interaction data to deliver and measure those ads. Google's handling of that data is described in the Google Privacy & Terms.
Ads never appear while you are building a document, or on any preview or PDF. We do not send AdMob — or anyone else — the contents of your invoices, your clients, or your amounts.
We collect no personal information, no analytics, and no crash telemetry. There is no sign-up, so we hold no email address, name or password. We do not build a profile of you and we sell nothing to anyone.
Photos: requested only when you choose a logo for your business. The image is copied into the app's own storage so your document can keep using it; nothing else in your library is read.
Internet: used to serve ads. Every other feature — creating documents, producing PDFs, exporting them — works with no connection at all.
Because nothing is stored on our side, there is no account to close and no deletion request to make. Uninstalling the app removes the documents and details it holds. PDFs you exported are yours and stay where you put them — delete those yourself if you want them gone.
This is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
