Privacy Policy - Invoicer

Invoicer is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect any personal data from our users. All invoices, estimates, receipts, clients, business information, line items, and preferences are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to external servers. The app does not require account registration or any personal information to function.

Invoicer displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob to support free access to the app. Google AdMob may collect certain non-personal, aggregated data such as device type and general location to serve relevant ads. This data is handled by Google in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not have access to or control over the data collected by AdMob.

Since we do not collect any personal user data, there is no information for us to use or process. All data generated by your use of the app — including invoices, client records, business profile, and PDF exports — remains entirely on your device and is never accessed by us.

We do not share any personal data with third parties because we do not collect any. The only third-party service integrated into the app is Google AdMob for advertising purposes, which operates under its own privacy policy. PDFs you generate are shared only when you initiate a share action through your device's standard share sheet (email, messaging, AirDrop, etc.).

The security of your data is important to us. All app data is stored locally on your device using industry-standard SQLite storage. We do not transmit your billing data over the internet, which means your invoices, clients, and business information are always under your control.

Since we do not collect any user data on our servers, we do not retain any personal information. Data stored locally on your device remains there until you choose to delete it within the app or uninstall the application. CSV and JSON backups you export are saved only where you choose to save them.

Invoicer is a business tool intended for adult users (18+). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided personal data through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Changes are effective when posted. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
