Privacy Policy - Nono Zen

Nono Zen itself collects none of your data. There is no account, no sign-in and no profile. Your puzzle progress, Gallery, trophy calendar and settings are stored only on your device; we never receive, see, sell or share them. The app connects to the internet only for ads and the ad consent form (see Advertising), for the optional Nono Zen Pro purchase (see Purchases), and when you open a link such as this policy or the store page.

Nono Zen is supported by ads: a banner on the menu screens, an occasional full-screen ad between pictures (never after the daily grid, and never in your first two days with the app), and an optional video you can choose to watch for a hint. There are no ads on the board while you solve unless you ask for a hint, none on undo or erase, and none during the reveal of a finished picture.

Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may also fill them through its mediation partners Unity Ads, ironSource (Unity LevelPlay) and Liftoff (Vungle). To show and measure ads, these companies may access your device's advertising identifier and other device identifiers, your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, how you interact with ads, and diagnostic and device information (such as device model and operating system). Nono Zen never puts your puzzle data into ad requests. Whether ads are personalised follows the choice you make in Google's consent form.

Where the law requires it, Nono Zen asks for your consent through Google's consent form before any ad is requested: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you are asked first, and in some US states the form lets you opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, a choice Nono Zen also passes to each mediation partner. Your choice is saved on your device, and Me › Privacy choices lets you review or change it at any time. You can also reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings.

Nono Zen may offer an optional one-time purchase, Nono Zen Pro, which removes the ads and gives hints without a video. Every puzzle stays free either way. Google Play processes the payment; we receive no card or payment details, and the purchase is tied to your Google Play account so it can be restored on a reinstall or a new device.

Nono Zen requests internet access and the advertising identifier, used for ads and the consent form, and the Google Play billing permission, used only for the optional purchase. It asks for no access to your location, camera, photos, contacts, microphone or notifications.

Nono Zen is designed for a general audience and is not directed at children. It contains no user-generated content, no chat and no social features, and all artwork in the app is original. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

All app data lives on your device. Deleting the app deletes everything it stored; there is no server-side copy for us to keep or erase. If you would like a copy of your progress and Gallery before deleting, the app can export it from the Me tab.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page, and continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
