Privacy Policy

Screen Time & Usage Tracker accesses your device's usage statistics (via Android UsageStats API) solely to display your app usage data to you. This data is processed and stored entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. No account creation is required to use the app.

Your app usage data is used exclusively to provide you with screen time statistics, usage reports, focus mode functionality, and goal tracking features within the app. All processing happens locally on your device. We do not analyze, share, or monetize your usage data in any way.

We do not sell or share your usage statistics, goals, focus sessions or achievements with anyone — they are never transmitted to any server. The app uses these third-party services, each under its own privacy policy: Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform for ads and ad consent (see Third-Party Services), and Google Play Billing to process the optional Premium purchase; payments are handled entirely by Google and we never see your payment details.

Our app may display advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization as described in Google's privacy policy. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings. Premium users enjoy an ad-free experience. In-app purchases are handled by Google Play, and we do not have access to your payment information. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, Google's consent form asks for your choice before any ad is requested, and you can change it in Settings.

The security of your data is of utmost importance to us. Since all app usage data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's own security measures (screen lock, encryption). We do not have access to your data at any point.

All usage data is stored locally on your device using an on-device database. You can clear this data at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the application. We do not retain any data externally.

Our application is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can take steps to address the issue.

Our app requests the following permissions to function properly:

• Usage Access Permission: Required to read your app usage statistics and display screen time data.
• Internet Access: Used only for displaying advertisements (free version) and processing in-app purchases.
• Background Processing: Used for tracking focus mode sessions and sending goal reminders.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
